We base our pricing off of the assumption that there is a single computer per user and only one(1) of each license type assigned to that user. The pricing table is uses as a guideline to help you budget for our services but not every firm that we work with is the same.
This is a great question to ask your sales representative. We may be able to build a custom plan for you if you already have another solution in place. However, we cannot customize a plan based on "partial" adoption of a service. If only part of your staff member needs "Password Management", we still need to charge as if everyone needs it.
