If your issue is not urgent, but more of a nagging problem or an ongoing issue, scheduling support is recommended.  Follow these simple steps:

  • Right click the Tech Guru icon on your computer screen.  Click “Get help.”  You’ll arrive at the Support Page.
  • Pick a date and time for your support call.
  • Fill out basic information about your issue.
  • Meet us at your computer at the appointed time, and let us solve your issue!

Live Chat Right Away

Want to talk to someone immediately?  Use our Live Chat option.  Follow these simple steps:

  • Right click the Tech Guru icon on your computer screen.  Click “Get help.”  You’ll arrive at the Support Page.
  • In the lower left hand corner click the “Chat” icon.
