This week we want to tell you about Join Me. You’ve heard of “screen sharing,” where people at different locations can all view the same screen for meetings and presentations, and perhaps you’ve tried other services. Too often, the process can be clunky and frustrating. Not with Join Me. More than any other service we’ve tried, Join Me has made instant screen sharing for small businesses ridiculously simple. The free service (there’s also a “pro” service that offers even more goodies) includes:
- up to 10 meeting participants
- screen sharing
- internet calling
- share control
- chat (with everyone or privately)
- file sending
- Click on “basic” under “Share Your Screen”
- A small box with a unique nine-digit code will appear at the top of your screen
- Share your screen by clicking on the person icon, which allows you to invite up to nine people
