About Maria’s Work
With a focus on landscape elements, Maria’s new series juxtaposes the monochromatic, muted tones of winter with bolder, brighter, and livelier spring-summer colors. “I think people are in need of an escape from the drabness and bitterness of winter,” says Maria. Though not all the pieces are bright or red-orange, as nature’s landscape is ever-changing, “people are ready for the vast array of colors, hope, birth, and life that spring and summer bring.” Think dusky nightfall, hazy purple sunsets, and the energy of an eclipse.
All artwork is available for purchase.
