Twenty-three questions about the target: its security, its systems, its data, its people. Out comes a scored report with the red flags, what to ask for, the representations and escrow to raise with counsel, a day-one controls list, and a 90-day integration plan. Free, no sign-up, delivered as a Word document.
Every answer scores green, amber, or red. "Not yet asked" scores red and becomes a diligence item.

Technology Due Diligence Report
A scoring aid for your judgment, not a valuation. Counsel drafts the protections it suggests.
The liability you cannot see on the balance sheet.
Weighted toward what hurts
An undisclosed breach, missing MFA, and missing Section 7216 consents carry the most weight, because they transfer with the client relationships and surface after closing. The report turns each red flag into a representation, an indemnity, or an escrow to raise with counsel.
What you have not asked, you inherit
"Not yet asked" scores red on purpose. The report lists every open item with exactly what to request, and appends the full document request list and an incident attestation for the owner to sign.
What it is not
It is not a valuation, a legal opinion, or a forensic review. Effort levels are indicative, there are no dollar figures, and counsel drafts every protection it suggests. Version 1.0 (October 2026).
